6/25前日まであった血餅がなくなり骨が二箇所見えた状態です。
このことを病院に伝えましたが2週間後の来院で良いとのことでした。
抜糸の際痛みはなかったのですが掻爬をしました。
ですがまた血餅は取れてしまい骨が見えています。
また掻爬になるかも思うと不安です。
痛みがなければこのまま骨の部分は自然と歯茎に覆われていくのでしょうか？ - こんにちは！三木照久歯科、院長の三木照久です。
ご相談の件ですが…状態拝見しておりませんので断定的な事は申し上げられませんが、当院での数千本に及ぶ親知らず抜歯…親知らず以外の抜歯を含めれば、私が行った抜歯は推定で総数10,000本いくかな？というところですが…その中で、いつまで経っても骨が塞がらなかったという症例は記憶がありません。なので、通常は時間が薬になって塞がってくるものと推測されます。
ただ、骨の形によっては…例えば一部が鋭く尖っていたりすると、骨の形を整える処置が必要になったりすることも有ります。また、万が一歯の一部が残留していたり、骨の破片が残っていたりすると、塞がりにくかったり、その一部が粘膜の表面に出てくることで塞がっていないように見えることも有ります。この場合はその破片を除去する必要が生じることも有ります。
いずれにしても、全身状態や抜いた親知らずの周囲の骨等に特に問題がない限り、現時点ではよく診ていただいておけばあまり心配ないのでは…と推測します。むしろ、現時点ではあまり慌てず経過を見た方がいいかもしれません。かかっていらっしゃる先生の指示を、よくお聞きになっておいて下さい。
