左下の親知らずを抜いてから、左半分の唇や顎、下の感覚が麻痺しています。
- 以前から時々痛んでいた左下の親知らずを抜きました。抜歯中は麻酔が効いており、骨を削ったりするときは全く痛みがなかったのですが、歯を取り出す作業の途中に、パチっと電気が走るような痛みがありました。その直後から左半分の唇や顎、下の感覚が麻痺しています。
先生にはそれを伝えましたが、麻酔で痺れている可能性もあるので、続くようならまた教えてくださいと言われました。もちろん抜歯前に麻痺や痺れが出ることについて説明は受けているのですが、不安になっていろいろ調べると、同じように抜歯中に電気が走って、、という方で、麻痺が長く残っているという方のブログを見つけてしまいました。

ご相談の件ですが…診て下さってる先生がおっしゃるように、麻酔作用の遅延の可能性も有りますが…数日以上感覚が鈍い状態が続いているようでしたら、麻痺の可能性も考えられるかと思います。
抜歯の瞬間の電気が走るような感覚に伴って麻痺が起こるという現象は、当院の数千に及ぶ抜歯の中で、思い出す限り一度有ります。その症例に関しましては、2週間ほどで治癒しました。このことからも、まず「絶対に治る見込みはない」とは限りません。
当院でのケースに限って言えば、ですが…「ほぼ全てのケースで治った、ないしは回復した」…現在お悩みになっているような広範囲に麻痺がずっと残った症例は、ほぼありません。これは、事実として申し上げられます。もちろん、絶対ないとは言えませんが…その点、ご不安になりすぎないで下さい。
さて、直接拝見しておりませんので、断定的なことは申し上げかねますが…原因として、抜歯時に親知らず周辺の神経に直接的•間接的な応力が加わってしまったものと推測されます。例えて言うと、正座した後に一時的な麻痺が起こりますね。あるいは膝などの特定の部位を強く打つと、ビーンと電気が走ることがありますね。処置の際に、これらと同じようなことが処置部位に起こったのではないか？と言うことです。
もしそれが「一時的な圧迫」等によるものであった場合、かかる時間は状態差•個人差が有りますが、完全ないし不完全(範囲の縮小や程度の軽減)でも回復は見込めると思われます。
一方、何らかの「神経の損傷」の場合…回復の可能性が低くなります。
この判断には、数日〜半年程度を有することもあります(半年以上経っても、そこから少しずつ回復するケースもあります)。
一度、処置を行なって下さった先生のところでレントゲンなどを撮ってもらってはいかがでしょうか？状態をなるべく早く確認することも重要かと思います。
当院の症例では有りませんが…抜歯の際に不可抗力で小さくカケた骨が神経を圧迫していて、大学病院でそれを取り除いてもらったら麻痺が回復したという報告もあります。このように、何らかの処置で対応が可能なケースも、あります。
