親知らずの虫歯もかなりひどいようで、早く治療しないと。と思うのですが、パニック障害があり、ドキドキして上手く話せないとどうしようと不安でいっぱいだったので、こちらを利用させて頂きました。

昨年からお世話になっております。虫歯治療の途中から子どもが病気になってしまい、治療がそのままになってしまい、本当に申し訳ないです。落ち着いてきて予約をさせて頂きたかったんですが、期間が空いてしまっていることで、なかなかお電話するのが怖くなっていました。親知らずの虫歯もかなりひどいようで、早く治療しないと。と思うのですが、またお世話になってもかまいませんか。こういうお話もお電話でお伝えすべきなのですが、パニック障害があり、ドキドキして上手く話せないとどうしようと不安でいっぱいだったので、こちらを利用させて頂きました。お忙しい中申し訳ございません。

ご相談の件ですが…もちろん、是非お越し下さい。正式なご予約は、お電話にてお願いできますでしょうか。受付に言っておきます。何だか世の中全部が酷い風邪をひいたかのようになっていますね(あまりに世間のムードが暗いので、敢えて具体的なことは申し上げずこういう言い方をさせて下さい、不謹慎な意図はございません。ただ、不必要に社会的不安を増長させたくないだけです)。そちらの方も十分にお気をつけ下さい。感染予防に絶対はありませんが、当院でも全力で、できる対策は全てやっているつもりです。
