位相差顕微鏡(phase cotrast microscope)、導入

位相差顕微鏡(phase cotrast microscope)、導入。
お口の二大疾患、虫歯•歯周病。
これらお口の中…ひいては全身にも悪影響を及ぼす厄介者達は種類こそ違えど、細菌が原因となり惹き起こされます。
昨今唾液から細菌を検出して検査をする方法などもあります。
目安としてはそれも有効な手段ですが、歯やその内部、もしくは歯肉から直接細菌を取り可視化することができれば最も確実です。

当院では位相差顕微鏡を導入。
お口の中から取り出した細菌をその場で可視化、見えるか化し、その量や活性まで確認することを実現致しました。
