耳から水か膿かわかりませんが右耳を下にしたら垂れてくる感覚があります

虫歯が原因で耳下のリンパまで腫れて歯の治療してもらって痛み止めと抗生物質もらったんだけど、耳から水？膿？みたいなのが出てきて気持ち悪い、、、痛く、聞こえにくい状態になってしまったので近くの歯医者に行きました。
原因は右下の親知らずでしたが噛み合わせの関係で先に右上の親知らずを抜いて、また1週間後に右下の親知らずを抜くことになりました。
今は痛み止めと抗生物質を飲んでいます。ですが、耳から水か膿かわかりませんが右耳を下にしたら垂れてくる感覚があります。
これは耳鼻科にも行った方がいいのでしょうか。それとも歯医者さんでもらった薬を飲み続けて様子をみた方が良いのでしょうか。

ご相談の件ですが…私も(お陰様で6月で開院13周年を迎えました)かなりの親知らずを抜歯してきていると自負してますが、今まで「耳から水か膿のようなものが出る」という症状には出くわしたことが、正直ありません。
上の歯の虫歯や歯周病、親知らずが原因で耳鼻科的な症状が出るという症例はもちろん相当数対応してきてますが…多くの場合、耳ではありません。どちらかというと鼻の方です。
いわゆる蓄膿とか上顎洞炎、副鼻腔炎です。嫌な臭いの膿っぽい鼻水が出たり、目の下・鼻の横から頬のあたりに違和感や痛み、ひどくなるとその部分が腫れてきたりするものです。歯が原因になるケースは、(特に上顎の)歯科領域に細菌感染が起こることで、その上にある頬の(顔の骨の)中の空洞にそれが侵入して起こります。
直接拝見しておりませんので、お悩みの症状が、「絶対に歯科領域から起こったものではない」と断言はできませんが…経緯を伺ったところでは、おそらく可能性は低いと思われます。
また、たとえ何が原因にしても、耳鼻科受診もされることをお勧めいたします。
