神経をとっている歯の治療費
- お世話になっております。妻が貴院に通院させていただいており、今回ご連絡させていただきました。状況:元々、前歯上の歯左は神経をとっている。3ヶ月前に、上の前歯の隙間の詰め物が取れたので近くの歯医者に通院。歯医者より、「神経をとっている歯は、他の歯よりも脆い、これまで通り継ぎ接ぎで詰めるより、セラミック等で被せてあげたほうがいい。過去の治療で、前歯と前歯の間に隙間ができているので、上の前歯2本とも被せてあげる必要がある。」とコメントいただいた。
通院した歯医者から提示された費用は、以下。
硬質レジン前装冠ー1本約6000円（保険）
ハイブリットクラウンー1本100000円
ジルコニアクラウンー1本16万円
オールセラミッククラウンー1本17万円
とういう金額でした。貴院で、他の治療の可能性がないか、また本治療でももっと安くできないかなど、ご相談させていただけますと幸いです。

ご相談の件ですが…直接拝見しておりませんので、当院が拝見しても全く同じ診断や治療をご提案するか等、個別の断定的なことは申し上げかねますが、まず「神経を取る治療を受けた歯の機能回復には、一部を詰めるだけの治療より全体を被せた方が良い」という点は、私も大いに賛成です。その方が…メリットデメリットで言えば、遥かにメリットの方が多いと思われるからです(理由は、大まかにあなた様がいま診て下さってる先生からお聞きになった通りです)。
もしいわゆる「被せ物」での治療を当院で行う場合、ご費用は
オールセラミック 11万円/本
ジルコニアクラウン 89,800〜11万円/本
ハイブリッドクラウン 55,000円/本
これら自費診療と、国民皆保険のレジン前装冠ですが…ご年齢から推定して、あなた様が通常の3割負担だとすると、ご説明を受けられたのは「被せる時」だけのご費用だと思われます(保険診療に関しては、日本全国どこでも共通価格です)。実際はそれ以外に「削って型取りをする時」のご費用がかかりますので、それと合わせると約1万円前後かなと推測されます。
なお、ここでお話ししましたのは「令和6年12月現在」のご費用です。時を経ますと保険•自費共に価格は改定されることがあります(ここ1,2年、歯科関連のコストも鰻登りに上がっており、当院でも自費診療費改定を検討しております)。お早めの検討をお勧めい致したいと思います。ご了承下さい。
