横向きの親知らず抜けますか？

１週間ほど前から左の奥歯の疼痛が強くて、鏡で見たら親知らずが生えてました。
近所の歯科に行くと、レントゲンを取られ横向きに生えていることが判明しました。
神経を触りそうだとのこと。
徳大を勧められたのですが、予約に３ヶ月かかると聞きました。
それまで待つのは、痛みも強くな。そうですし腫れるのが怖いです。ここでは横向きの親知らず抜けますか？
ぬけるのであればこちらに通いたいです。
