徳大への紹介状を書いていただいている 右上の親知らずの抜歯

他歯医者さんにて 徳大への紹介状を書いていただいている 右上の親知らずの抜歯をお願いしたいです。
何時に終わるかわからない徳大にはなかなか行けずに、一年が来ようとしています。
小さい子供が居ますので、少ない回数で行かせていただきたいです。
ここ2日ほど、恐らくその親知らずであろう場所が疼いていて
いよいよ早急に抜歯が必要かなと思っています。
