頬or舌に向かって90°傾いて生えている親知らず抜歯
- こんにちは。かかりつけ医での定期検診で、「親知らずが生えてきているので抜いた方が良いが、以前のレントゲンを見ると、頬or舌に向かって90°傾いて生えているため、他の病院で抜いた方が良い」と言われました。
かかりつけ医の先生には、大学病院に紹介することも可能と言われたのですが、貴院でこのような生え方をしている親知らずを抜歯することはできますか？また、このような親知らずを抜歯した経験はおありでしょうか？ - こんにちは！三木照久歯科、院長の三木照久です。
直接拝見してみないと、断定的なことは申し上げかねますが…お力になれる可能性は高い、と推測します。
親知らずと一口に申し上げても、一つとしてまったく同じ親知らずはありません。指紋と同様、歯形で身元の特定ができるほど、お一人お一人、お口は様々です。
ですが…当院では、10,000本…とは言わないまでも、6,000本は優に超える(申し訳ありません、もう数えておりませんので、正確な数は私にも分かりません)膨大な数の親知らず抜歯の実績があります。
その抜歯症例の中には、おっしゃる状態に類似していると思われる親知らずも、もちろんございます。
まずは、診察させていただけませんか。当院には通常のレントゲンに加え、口腔内カメラ(胃カメラの歯科バージョンのようなものをイメージ下さい)、高性能のCTもあります。抜歯の必要性•その可否•難易度•リスクなど、詳しく拝見してご相談させていただきたいと思います。
